Part of the popular ‘Edifice’ line of wristwatches, Casio has produced another astoundingly good watch for very little money. The EFV-100 series boasts among the best finishing and performance available at its price point. On-wrist, these sports watches look like they’re worth far more, with an aesthetic that reminds me of the Rolex Explorer, with a gorgeous high-shine bezel and sunburst dial.
It’s not just about the looks either. They come kitted with strong water resistance, thanks to the screw-down crown, solid luminescence, and a very comfortably curated case shape. This is pretty much unbeatable if you’re after one watch to do everything. They produce this in two sizes: the ‘unisex’ 35mm EFV-110D, which I reviewed in mid 2020, along with the 40mm ‘men’s’ EFV-100D. They are also produced in three colorways, meaning you can select both the size and color that suits you - marvelous!
